How to Lose Weight and Keep it Off
Everyone wants to know the secret to losing weight and keeping it off. Is it possible and can it be done? The good news is that it can be done. Guess what? It isn’t that difficult either. Nature has provided a way for us to lose weight and to keep it off. There are many foods that help us to burn fat. Below I will give you a list of those foods. I will also give you a list of foods that will compliment the fat burning foods. These compliment foods are low in fat and are high in nutrition and essential fatty acids. They are also fun to eat. Who thought that we could have fun while we were losing weight? It can be done though. The key to losing weight will be to choose (1 lean meat + 1 vegetable + 1 carbohydrate). You can add one fat to the meal. Just be careful on how much fat. Another thing to remember is to make sure that you consume your carbohydrates early in the day. This way you will burn them off easier.
Foods that Burn Fat
You want to consume lean proteins such as the following:
turkey breast (no other parts of turkey) chicken breast (no other parts of chicken) red meat that is lean (top round steak and sirloin) - make sure they are lean seafood including shellfish egg whites game meat bison, buffalo
Compliment foods that are low in calories
You want to consume these because they are low in fat and are high in nutrition and essential fatty acids.
Brussel Sprouts broccoli cauliflower asparagus green beans salad vegetables
Compliment foods that are high in carbohydrates
You want to consume these foods moderately. Be sure to consume them because they are healthy and you need the vitamins that they contain.

Essential Fatty Acids
Some of these are high in fat so be careful. It is important to consume these though because our body does not make essential fatty acids.

As you will notice all of these foods are natural. It is important to eat whole foods. Our bodies need the nutrition. Packaged food does not always provide enough nutrition for us.
