Refund & Exchange Policy

At FOR, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and hassle-free.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide your order number or receipt number.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Shipping fees for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Control team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

Following the inspection:

  • If the product is found to be in good condition and the issue is due to misuse, damage caused after delivery, or if the original Hang Tag is missing, the item will be returned to the customer.

  • If the product has a verified material or manufacturing defect, a full refund will be issued via Bank Transfer (Swift) or Vodafone Cash.

Please note: Returns are accepted online only and cannot be processed through our retail branches.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, including the Hang Tag, must remain attached.

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories

  • Tuxedos

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • For partial returns, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

  • No return fees apply to products confirmed to have manufacturing defects.
